PostNord Bot - Terms of Service

Welcome to PostNord Bot! By using the PostNord Bot application ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

1. Description of Service

PostNord Bot provides users with the ability to track their shipments and receive live updates via direct messages (DMs) on Discord.

2. Use of the Bot

• Eligibility: You must have a valid Discord account to use the Bot.
• Compliance: You agree to use the Bot in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Discord's Terms of Service.
• User Conduct: You must not use the Bot to engage in any illegal activities, distribute malware, spam, or otherwise disrupt the Discord community.

• Data Collection: The Bot may collect information related to your shipments, such as tracking numbers and delivery statuses, to provide you with relevant updates.
• Data Usage: Collected data will only be used to provide tracking updates and improve the Bot's services. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Service Availability: While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee the Bot will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors.

• Liability Limitation: In no event shall the developers of the Bot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Bot.

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through a notice on the Bot's official Discord server or through direct messages. Your continued use of the Bot after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot for any user who violates these ToS or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the developers.
